Optional Fees - Clubhouse Rental

  • Rental: $125/hour (minimum 3 hours)

Situational Fees

  • Late Fee: 10% of base rent
  • Early Termination Fee: 60 day notice and 2 month’s base rent and repayment of concessions, if applicable
  • Transfer Fee: One month of current apartment base rent
  • NSF Fee: $50
  • Replacement/Additional Key FOB: $100
  • Replacement/Additional Garage Remote: $100
  • Replacement Mail Key: $25

Utility Billing Fees:

  • New Account Fee: $10 (one time)
